How do you keep going after 7 rejections?, hotel front-desk agent here

I have been out of work for 4 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
