How do you keep going after 7 rejections? - first time posting

After a layoff as an office manager I am finding mornings difficult. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
