How do you keep going after 7 rejections? - any advice?

After a layoff as a forklift operator I am finding mornings difficult. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want to burden my family.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
