How do you keep going after 7 rejections? after 7 years as a janitorial supervisor

After a layoff as a janitorial supervisor I am finding mornings difficult. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
