How do you keep going after 7 rejections? after 7 years as a home health aide

I sent 7 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
