How do you keep going after 7 rejections? - 9 months and counting

I sent 7 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
