How do you keep going after 7 rejections?

I sent 7 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I am in Kansas City, in case local advice matters. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
