How do you keep going after 6 rejections? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 10 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been weighing on me all week. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
