How do you keep going after 6 rejections? - first time posting

I sent 6 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
