How do you keep going after 6 rejections? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am in Honolulu, in case local advice matters. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
