How do you keep going after 6 rejections? after 6 years as an office manager

After a layoff as an office manager I am finding mornings difficult. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
