How do you keep going after 6 rejections? after 6 years as a line cook

After a layoff as a line cook I am finding mornings difficult. There are 6 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
