How do you keep going after 6 rejections? - 8 months and counting

I sent 6 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. Any experience at all would help. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
