How do you keep going after 6 rejections?

After a layoff as a dental hygienist I am finding mornings difficult. I am in Omaha, in case local advice matters. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
