How do you keep going after 5 rejections? - what worked for you?

I have been out of work for 26 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
