How do you keep going after 5 rejections? - what worked for you?

After a layoff as a teaching assistant I am finding mornings difficult. There are 5 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
