How do you keep going after 5 rejections? (update)

I have been out of work for 14 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
