How do you keep going after 5 rejections?, nurse's aide here

I have been out of work for 3 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
