How do you keep going after 5 rejections? (Little Rock)

After a layoff as a graphic designer I am finding mornings difficult. I do not want to burden my family.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 14 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
