How do you keep going after 5 rejections?, home health aide here

After a layoff as a home health aide I am finding mornings difficult. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
