How do you keep going after 5 rejections? - any advice?

After a layoff as a bank teller I am finding mornings difficult. I am in Minneapolis, in case local advice matters. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
