How do you keep going after 5 rejections? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 22 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I worked as a graphic designer before this. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
