How do you keep going after 5 rejections? after 5 years as an electrician's helper

I have been out of work for 16 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I worked as an electrician's helper before this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
