How do you keep going after 5 rejections? after 5 years as a logistics coordinator

After a layoff as a logistics coordinator I am finding mornings difficult. It has been a long 14 weeks. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
