How do you keep going after 5 rejections? after 5 years as a hotel front-desk agent

After a layoff as a hotel front-desk agent I am finding mornings difficult. I am in Boston, in case local advice matters. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
