How do you keep going after 5 rejections? - 6 months and counting

After a layoff as a janitorial supervisor I am finding mornings difficult. It has been weighing on me all week. I do not want to burden my family.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
