How do you keep going after 5 rejections? - 3 months and counting

I sent 5 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
