How do you keep going after 4 rejections? - what worked for you?

After a layoff as a machine operator I am finding mornings difficult. It has been weighing on me all week. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
