How do you keep going after 4 rejections? - what worked for you?

I sent 4 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
