How do you keep going after 4 rejections? (update)

After a layoff as a customer-service rep I am finding mornings difficult. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
