How do you keep going after 4 rejections? (Phoenix)

I sent 4 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. Thank you in advance. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Is it worth talking to someone?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
