How do you keep going after 4 rejections? (Memphis)

I sent 4 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
