How do you keep going after 4 rejections? - first time posting

I have been out of work for 6 weeks and this week has been the hardest. This is my first time dealing with any of this. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people.

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
