How do you keep going after 4 rejections? - first time posting

I sent 4 applications and heard nothing back, and I am running low on energy. I am in Austin, in case local advice matters. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
