How do you keep going after 4 rejections? - first time posting

After a layoff as a security officer I am finding mornings difficult. Any experience at all would help. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
