How do you keep going after 4 rejections? - any advice?

After a layoff as a call-centre agent I am finding mornings difficult. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
