How do you keep going after 4 rejections? - any advice?

I have been out of work for 22 weeks and this week has been the hardest. Thank you in advance. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
