How do you keep going after 4 rejections? after 4 years as a welding apprentice

I have been out of work for 15 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been weighing on me all week. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
