How do you keep going after 4 rejections? after 4 years as a recruiter

I have been out of work for 7 weeks and this week has been the hardest. It has been weighing on me all week. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
