How do you keep going after 4 rejections? after 4 years as a call-centre agent

After a layoff as a call-centre agent I am finding mornings difficult. It has been weighing on me all week. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
