How do you keep going after 4 rejections?

I have been out of work for 26 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I do not want to burden my family. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
