How do you keep going after 4 rejections? - 4 weeks in

After a layoff as a store manager I am finding mornings difficult. Any experience at all would help. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. What helps you on bad days?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.
