How do you keep going after 4 rejections? - 2 months and counting

After a layoff as a social media manager I am finding mornings difficult. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.
