How do you keep going after 4 rejections? - 14 weeks in

After a layoff as a machine operator I am finding mornings difficult. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I am sleeping badly and snapping at people. Did it pass?

Many counselling centres have sliding-scale rates. I found one through 211, and it made a difference.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
