How do you keep going after 4 rejections? - 11 weeks in

I have been out of work for 11 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I do not want to burden my family. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
