How do you keep going after 3 rejections? (Wichita)

After a layoff as a customer-service rep I am finding mornings difficult. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Is it worth talking to someone?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
