How do you keep going after 3 rejections? (update)

After a layoff as a project coordinator I am finding mornings difficult. It has been a long 17 weeks. I do not want to burden my family. Did it pass?

I stopped looking at job sites after dinner. Evenings became mine again.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
