How do you keep going after 3 rejections? (update)

After a layoff as an operations analyst I am finding mornings difficult. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. Did it pass?

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
