How do you keep going after 3 rejections?, teaching assistant here

After a layoff as a teaching assistant I am finding mornings difficult. I keep comparing myself with friends who are working. What helps you on bad days?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
