How do you keep going after 3 rejections? (Tampa)

I have been out of work for 4 weeks and this week has been the hardest. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I do not want to burden my family.

A fixed routine helped me most: up at the same time, one hour of job search, then a walk. Small but it worked.
